You want to eliminate big chunks of cauliflower, but you still want a coarse consistency.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-23864-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Spread the tomato sauce on the bottom of an 8 x 8-inch glass baking dish.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-23864-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Stuff the shells with the cauliflower mixture, arrange them in the baking dish, and pour the remaining sauce on top of the shells.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-23864-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Bake for 15 minutes. Add some fresh basil and vegan Parmesan cheese on top if you have it!
