Heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat and add the onions.\u00a0 Cook the onions until they begin to soften and then add the garlic.\u00a0 As garlic becomes fragrant, add in the white wine and cook until slightly reduced.\u00a0 Add in all the tomato ingredients, red pepper flakes, and oregano.\u00a0 Bring the sauce to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer<em><strong> <\/strong><\/em>until desired thickness is reached.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blissfulbasil.files.wordpress.com\/2011\/02\/img_2206-1.jpg\"><img class=\"size-medium wp-image-1214 alignright\" title=\"IMG_2206-1\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/blissfulbasil.files.wordpress.com\/2011\/02\/img_2206-1.jpg?w=200\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.blissfulbasil.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/img_2206-1.jpg 1366w, https:\/\/www.blissfulbasil.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/img_2206-1-200x300.jpg 200w, https:\/\/www.blissfulbasil.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/img_2206-1-683x1024.jpg 683w, https:\/\/www.blissfulbasil.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/img_2206-1-1025x1536.jpg 1025w, https:\/\/www.blissfulbasil.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/img_2206-1-720x1079.jpg 720w, https:\/\/www.blissfulbasil.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/img_2206-1-360x540.jpg 360w, https:\/\/www.blissfulbasil.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/img_2206-1-180x270.jpg 180w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><em><strong><\/strong><\/em><em><strong>Portobello Parmesan<\/strong> (Giada De Laurentiis Recipe)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil<\/p>\n<p>4 to 6 portobello mushroom caps<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd teaspoon sea salt<\/p>\n<p>\u00bc teaspoon freshly ground black pepper<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd cup shredded mozzarella cheese<\/p>\n<p>\u00bc cup grated Parmesan<\/p>\n<p>2 tablespoon butter, cut into small pieces<\/p>\n<p>1. Heat a nonstick skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blissfulbasil.files.wordpress.com\/2011\/02\/img_2220-11.jpg\"><img class=\"size-medium wp-image-1216 alignleft\" title=\"IMG_2220-1\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/blissfulbasil.files.wordpress.com\/2011\/02\/img_2220-11.jpg?w=199\" width=\"199\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.blissfulbasil.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/img_2220-11.jpg 1361w, https:\/\/www.blissfulbasil.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/img_2220-11-199x300.jpg 199w, https:\/\/www.blissfulbasil.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/img_2220-11-681x1024.jpg 681w, https:\/\/www.blissfulbasil.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/img_2220-11-1021x1536.jpg 1021w, https:\/\/www.blissfulbasil.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/img_2220-11-720x1083.jpg 720w, https:\/\/www.blissfulbasil.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/img_2220-11-360x542.jpg 360w, https:\/\/www.blissfulbasil.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/img_2220-11-180x271.jpg 180w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 199px) 100vw, 199px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>2. Drizzle olive oil over both sides of mushrooms.\u00a0 Sprinkle mushrooms with salt and pepper.\u00a0 Drizzle olive oil on the grill pan or skillet to prevent the mushrooms from sticking.\u00a0 Grill the mushrooms until they are heated through and tender, about 5 minutes per side.<\/p>\n<p>3. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.<\/p>\n<p>4.
